Note: Windows 2000 is not supported from this version. Fixed: -Rare explorer.exe hangs when DAEMON Tools shell extensions are enabled; -Incompatibility with McAfee; -Interface issues with some RTL languages (Arabic, Hebrew etc); -Performance issues when working via Image Catalog with disc images, stored in network; -Failure of creating images of some CD discs. How to: Install the setup file and once the file is installed on your system. Run the Patch file and when it ask the location go to that folder where the DAEMON Tools Pro Advance is installed. That's it and enjoy. Notes: Remove previous version of any version of Daemon tools and clean up the registry, check C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts – there must not be 127.0.0.1 secure.disc-soft.com Install Daemon tools and install the trial version of leaving everything default, except at the end when it asks if you want to run the software, uncheck the box. Switch on the internet and install the program by selecting a trial license and the advanced edition, at the end when it asks if you want to run the software, uncheck the box. Reboot, after reboot wait for the full run of the program, disable the autorun settings (the use of the agent), check for updates and completely withdraw from the program (unload DTPro.exe DTProAgent.exe DTProShellHlp.exe) make sure to run task manager and stop any processes that relate to daemon tools during/before installation or it might cause problems. If it says your trial licence is up, you must make sure to get rid of EVERY daemon tools files that are still on your computer, if you get the message that says the trial period is over, do some cleaning on your PC Delete this folder: Win7 user% username% AppData Roaming DAEMON Tools Lite Windows XP users DAEMON Tools Lite All Users Delete registry keys C: Documents and Settings Admin Application Data DAEMON Tools Lite C: Documents and Settings Admin Application Data DAEMON Tools Pro C: Documents and Settings All Users Application Data DAEMON Tools Lite C: Documents and Settings All Users Application Data DAEMON Tools Pro Then try again.
